Support quicker client interaction
We’ve enhanced the experience in ShareFile’s actionable client portal so firms can improve client response time. These enhancements, available for users with the Legal Client Intake and Engagement solution installed, make it easier and quicker to view tasks and take action in the ShareFile portal, speeding up tasks like submitting documents during discovery or completing a digital intake form.
Simplify the discovery process with AI
With AI-powered document request list generation, ShareFile users can leverage generative AI to create document list items. Users can edit and save items as templates they can reuse, saving time, ensuring consistency and standardization across the firm, and supporting scalability.
Speed up the payment process
An additional new solution — Client Billing (coming soon!) — enables firms to seamlessly create payment requests for invoices, flat rates, retainers, or contingencies that require payment processing, helping optimize cash flow. Staff can view all unpaid and paid invoices and payments and get visibility into the client lifecycle. ShareFile also provides integration with leading payment processing platforms for secure and PCI-compliant transactions.
